Fertility NZ: Online Fertility Support Series Registration Form
The Fertility Support Series is a four-week semi-structured workshop connecting people who have yet to have their first child and are walking the infertility journey.

Covering the highs and lows of fertility challenges and treatment in a supportive environment, you will gain support, share experiences, learn coping tools, and much more. Regardless of your location in New Zealand, you can now benefit from this incredible workshop from the comfort of your home; all you need is a device and an internet connection!
 
Register now for this free workshop, which will run for four consecutive weeks – 6, 13, 20 & 27 June. Each week is a 90-minute, interactive, supportive session starting at 7:30 pm. We encourage you to attend together if you are a couple, but this is not a requirement.

Two trained Fertility NZ volunteers will facilitate the online Fertility Support Series. Their role is to create a safe environment to run each session and give support and information when needed. They are not professional counsellors; all medical or technical queries should be directed to your fertility specialist or medical provider.
 
Fertility is a very personal and private issue. All attendees must respect the privacy and confidentiality of others, their stories and opinions.
