Mascot appearances must have a private changing room/area away from guests and a place where Mascot can safely store belongings. Public bathrooms are not suitable changing spaces.
Please note that outdoor events may require that mascot take a 15-minute break during the appearance.
If alcohol is being served at event, appearance request will not be accepted.
If guests are inappropriate in anyway, the student-athletes will leave immediately.
A designated location for the student-athletes to park is required. If applicable, all parking fees must be covered for the appearance so there is no out of pocked cost to the student-athletes (prepaid or validation on site prior to their departure).
Please provide a thorough summary of what your appearance needs are. It's helpful context for us to ensure we put the best and most capable individuals on your event and that information is critical to ensure that happens.
If you are requesting Spirit Program please provide details on what all you would like them to do while at your event. This includes chants and dances, station volunteers, etc.
All St. Edward High School/North Coast All-Stars protocols must be followed at appearances.
To avoid conflict with existing St. Edward High School contracts and commitments, the requesting party (“Party”) shall take all necessary steps to ensure that neither the Spirit Program/Mascot nor St. Edward High School appear to directly support, endorse, or sponsor the Party or any of its direct sponsors, nor any advertising adjacent to the Party, in any medium. Similarly, the Spirit Program/Mascot shall not permit the Party’s sponsors to suggest, in any medium, direct support or sponsorship of the Party or sponsors and/or sponsor’s products and/or services.
