2024 Lutherhaven Ministries Custom Group Inquiry 
Thank you for your interest in bringing your youth group to Lutherhaven Ministries (Camp Lutherhaven and Shoshone Mountain Retreat & Ranch). To best serve your group, please fill out the information below. Once completed we will reach out to you to continue the conversation and start to build your schedule for your week at camp! Some basic information can be found on our website.

Things to keep in mind:
  • Our ratio of adult to youth is 1 adult for every 6 youth. 
  • You are responsible for transporting your group to and from any service or adventure activities.
  • Housing is based on availability alongside our other camp programs.
  • We encourage participants to be tech-free while at camp (Cell service is limited at Camp Lutherhaven and non-existent at Shoshone Mountain Retreat. Wi-Fi is available at Camp Lutherhaven for adults).
  • The approximate base cost for a Custom Week is $498/youth. Adults are $350. A $75 non-refundable, but transferable deposit is required for each participant.  Offsite adventure activities are additional fees. 
  • You will be assigned a program guide(s) during your time at camp. They will play and serve alongside you during your time at camp helping you navigate your service and adventures!
