Please fill out this form if you are in need of a Bothell Blue Helmet (Cascade XRS Pro). The helmets are $290 ea.

The sizing for this helmet is OSFM (One Size Fits Most) and will fit players with a head circumference of 21.5" to 24" inches

Please Note: ALL High School players are required to have Bothell Blue Helmets...youth players are not, but are welcome to purchase one!

If buying a Bothell Blue Helmet is a hardship for you, please let us know. We don't want the inability to purchase equipment be a barrier for your player to participate.
