2021 NCD Chapter Delegate Form

By Feb 23rd, 2021, each chapter must appoint a representative to serve as its Delegate at NCD Convention (April 9-11th, 2021). This Brother will be seated in the District Delegation and will vote on behalf of your chapter. This Brother will also serve on a committee leading up to convention. All committee work will be completed BEFORE opening gavel.

Each chapters' delegate must complete this form by 11:59 ET February 23rd, 2021.
