Attendance policy:  In order to ensure a successful season, the following attendance policy has been established and must be adhered to:
You are expected to attend every rehearsal. As a member of the St. Cecilia Youth Orchestras,  Band, or Jazz Ensembles you have made a commitment to attend weekly rehearsals.

1.Two (2) excused absences are allowed per semester.
2. Special mandatory rehearsals or dress rehearsals will not be excused for any reason. Absence will result in the student not participating in the upcoming concert. Attendance at all concerts is mandatory.
3. More than two absences may result in the student being asked to withdraw from the group or move back a chair to the back of the section.

Exceptions to this policy will be granted only at the discretion of the conductors and education
director. In case of dismissal, no refund of tuition will be made.
