2). Within three business days you will get a confirmation e-mail from
jkubelka@whitecourtlibrary.ab.ca (check your spam folder!) If you do not get your confirmation e-mail within three days it's possible your registration did not go through, please contact the library.
3). Pick up your activity kit anytime between 10 am and 8 pm on June 20-24 and June 27-30.
4). Enjoy six weeks of activities.
5). If you need a hand with the crafts or just want to visit with library staff over Zoom join the once-a-week online sharing sessions. Links to these will be in your confirmation e-mail. The sharing sessions are optional, you do not need to join them to participate in the program.
6). Feel free to share photos of your crafts on the library's Facebook page and contact the library with feedback or questions.
Note: Only residents of Whitecourt & Woodlands County with a current library membership (can be from any TRAC library as long as you reside in Whitecourt or Woodlands) are eligible for the program. Library memberships are free, and you can sign up for summer programs even if you have late fees on your account. If you do not have a library membership you will be asked to sign up for one when you come to pick up your kits. Bring photo ID, if your ID has a PO Box or an address outside of Whitecourt/Woodlands County please also bring something with a local address such as a rental agreement, utility bill etc. For questions and exceptions contact
jkubelka@whitecourtlibrary.ab.caThanks to our sponsors, volunteers, partners, staff, and funders the 2022 program remains 100% FREE to you. To keep costs sustainable please only register if you plan on picking up and using a kit. If you do not end up using your kit at all by the end of the summer, it can anonymously be placed in the 24/7 item return slot beside the main doors. We will ensure returned kits get used for future programs.
