Thank you for your interest in becoming a sponsor at RRR24. We're only as good as the people we work with and the support that we have, so any little bit will be a great help!
We have several sponsorship levels described below, and we can discuss other opportunities if you have a suggestion of some other way you'd like to sponsor. Please note:
- Paid sponsorships will be sent a Square invoice, so please be sure to note in the Comments section at the bottom if you have a different email address that you'd prefer the invoice be sent to.
- Unless other arrangements are made, the deadline for paid sponsorships will be March 1, 2024.
- There are 100 VIP bags and we'd love to add all the swag we can get. VIP bag items *must* be received by us no later than 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 1, 2024. We have local authors who are willing to accept & hold shipped items and items can also be shipped to the hotel during the week leading up to the event.
