NEW 2023 Deposit Option
Small businesses will have the option to reserve their vendor space by making a deposit.

$50 deposit due immediately upon application acceptance and invoice received.
Remaining Balance Due 1 month before event date.

All deposits are non-refundable. If you fail to make a payment your vendor space will be offered to another small business on our waiting list. 
NEW 2023 Waiting List 

Please note that if you do not receive an online invoice to pay for your vendor space you will automatically be placed on our waiting list and will be contacted only if a space becomes available

If you are contacted about an available space, you will have 2 hours to respond before we move onto the next business on the list. 
NEW 2023 Additional Space/Tables/Racks

Please note that additional space will be offered to Vendors 1-2 weeks prior to the event ONLY if space allows.

Vendors will be notified of additional space 1-2 weeks before the market and will have the opportunity (via a separate link) to pay for an additional table or space to expand their set-up.

What you can expect for 2023: Join us for 3 unique Markets in Downtown Brampton! We are celebration Midsummer's Eve with a thriving night market, then welcoming the Harvest Moon with card reading and hot drinks in September. Lastly we'll be celebrating our furry ones at the end of October for some Boos & Barks Halloween Fun.

Regular Price $135 +hst /per day

10X10 Tent Required. NOT provided.
Midsummer's Eve Market Friday, June 23rd from 5 p.m. - 9 p.m.
Harvest Moon Market Sunday, September 17th from 12 p.m. - 4 p.m.
Boos & Barks Market Sunday, October 28th from 12 p.m. -4 p.m.

I understand that only 2 people will be permitted behind my table during the market. *
I understand that there is only 1 small business allowed per table and that I am not to display or host products from another business at my booth. *
The venue is following all guidelines in place by the government to ensure safety to our community and vendors and have taken steps to ensure proper social distancing protocols are in place. *
I understand that the market will run as long as there isn't a full Covid-19 shutdown that allows it to not happen. This means that even given restrictions, the market will be running and the spot is non-refundable. *
I understand that once my spot is accepted and paid for, so long as the market is running my table fee is non-refundable or able to be rolled forward as a credit. In the event the market cannot run, a credit for future date will be offered. *
I understand that the cost of my spot is non-refundable. *
We do our best to limit vendors who solely sell the same product line/style. We make it our mission to avoid as much overlap as possible however I understand there could be a slight similarity in a product offering. *
I understand that I will receive setup instructions and timing to the email provided above 1 week prior to the market. Failing to stick to the setup timeline will result in forfeiture of your place in the market and your table fee. *
I acknowledge that I have informed of the following: 1. I am responsible for the setup and take down of my booth. 2. Organizers are not responsible for any lost or stolen goods. 3. I am allowing Organizers to use any images/logos for advertisements for the event/future events. 4. My payment is non-refundable. 5. I will abide by the setup timelines and guidelines provided to me via email. 6. The organizers have the right to reschedule a market due to any unavoidable occurrence such as but not limited to weather delay, venue lockout or any other uncontrollable circumstance and that my payment will be rolled forward to another market even if the backup date is postponed. 7. The vendor will not make or permit any statements in writing, verbal or social media platforms to damage the reputation of the organization/organizers. 8. Vendor can freely advertise the market in a positive manner so long as the details are accurate. *
