2024 Roanoke Beer & Wine Festival Winery Application

Booth location will be given day of event load in.

We DO NOT accept snail mail or email applications. The exhibitor selection committee will approve exhibitors on a first-come, first- served basis, and notify you once your status has been updated to approved or declined. Please note that exhibitor space is limited and submission of this exhibitor application form does not guarantee your participation in the event. Requests are not guaranteed.
SHOW HOURS and LOAD IN SETUP TIMES and RULES
IN ORDER TO EXHIBIT YOU MUST BE PRESENT BOTH DAYS, NO EXCEPTIONS.
 
All exhibitors must be completely set up by 11am on event day and cannot begin breaking down any part of their booth displays until 5pm.  Any cancellations made less than 30 days prior to event date will not be refunded.
 
• Tents/Tables and any vending needs must be provided by winery. Tents are required. Tents
must be weighted/secured. The venue does not allow staking of tents.
• Electricity is available. Vendor/Winery must provide adequate extension power cables.
• Winery must provide liability insurance listing Center in the Square and Big Lick
Entertainment as additionally insured.
• ABC license must be provided by winery no less than 30 days prior to event.
• Registration fees are non-refundable for any reason.
• Winery may not break down booth until end of event.
• Wineries approved on first come first serve basis, application does not guarantee space,
approval will be sent via email.
• There will be a limited amount of ice available the day of the event for $5.00 per bag - cash
only.

Vendor is solely responsible for all their own applicable fees, licenses and taxes associated with their business.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The applicant voluntarily chooses to participate in event. The applicant therefore knowingly, freely, and voluntarily assumes all risk of injury and waives any claim, right, cause of action or demand for loss, damage, destruction or injury of any kind whatsoever, including but not limited to: cost, loss of service, expense and/or compensation known or unknown, now or in the future, arising out of the applicant’s participation in the above- referenced activities against Big Lick Entertainment LLC or Center in the Square. The applicant agrees to comply with all local and federal laws in relation to sales, licensing, taxes, etc. all.
The applicant consents and agrees that photographs and video taken during event may be used for promotional purposes. By applying below, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understand and accept these terms and conditions.
