MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS:
Appraiser must be licensed in Colorado with an active appraiser license on DORA.

CREN MLS has two types of Appraiser Access.

REALTOR® APPRAISER TYPE: (Active Realtor® Status)  
1. Pays dues as a member of a local association in Colorado,  Colorado Association of REALTORS and National Association of Realtors®.
2. Assigned an NRDS# by NAR when joining local association.
3. Has access to both "ACTIVE" and "SOLD" listing information in CREN MLS.
 
AFFILIATE APPRAISER TYPE (Non-Realtor® Status):
1. Appraiser does not pay dues to Local, State and National Association of Realtors®
2. Appraiser does not have an NRDS #.00         
3. Has access to only "SOLD" listing information in CREN MLS.

PRICING:
All Fees are Prepaid and Non-Refundable.
New office and new appraiser setup fees will apply.
