Community and Primary Healthcare Education Survey
Information
Community and primary health care is developing rapidly throughout Ireland at present, with the roles and responsibility of the community nurse and midwife and healthcare professionals expanding. The School of Nursing and Midwifery, UCC is now offering high quality distance education courses which are available to nurses/midwives and  healthcare professionals online and in a flexible manner to meet the needs of professionals today. The term distance education can mean that the course is delivered entirely online or in blended form (blended learning), which includes both online and minimal face-to-face contact with lecturers. The aim of this survey is to investigate community nurses and midwives and other community and primary healthcare professionals' attitudes, perceived advantages to further education and the barriers to distance/online learning with a particular focus on community and primary healthcare education.
You are invited to complete this short survey on 'Community and Primary Healthcare Education'. Ms Anna O'Leary (School of Nursing and Midwifery) will be available to answer any questions via phone (021 4901483) or via email anna.oleary@ucc.ie

It will take you about 10 minutes to fill out the questionnaire. By completing the questionnaire, it is understood that you are consenting to take part. Participation is completely voluntary, and you can withdraw or refuse to take part in the survey without any consequences. All questionnaires received will be anonymous and remain confidential.

Thank you for taking the time to participate in this study.
