The tournament will be on December 7th, 2019.

Events You Would Like to Run
Please list the top 6 events, in order of preference, that you would like to run and write tests for. All teams will need to write and proctor, grade or assist for events. List your most desired event first followed by those of lower priority.  We will contact you prior to the tournament regarding the final event assignment.

For schools registering 1-2 teams, please expect to write, proctor, and grade for 1-2 tests, or to have 1-2 people to proctor, grade, and assist. For schools with 3 teams, please expect to write, proctor, and grade at least 2 tests or to provide 2 people to proctor, grade, and assist. We will assign tasks by October 15th.

Please be aware you will be in charge of obtaining ALL necessary materials to adequately and fairly run the event. We may be able to provide some materials and volunteers, but please let us know at least 2 weeks before the tournament -  we will let you know if we can provide it.

After the tournament each team who fulfills their obligations will receive access to the electronic version of the test, answer key, and all other materials for each event, as well as hard copies of their teams' tests and event scoresheets. You will need to submit the test, answer key, image sheets, etc. for review by November 15th via email to chsscioly123@gmail.com.

Fees and Payment
On time registration is $75 for each team. Envelopes postmarked after October 15th will be considered late.
Late registration fees will be $100.

Cancellation Policies
Team Cancellation:

If your team has registered to attend the 2020 Chattahoochee High School Invitational, but is no longer able to do so, please communicate your cancellation in writing via email to chsscioly123@gmail.com and hoochsocoach@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Cancellations communicated in writing after November 4th, 2019 will only be eligible for a refund if we are able to replace your team(s) with those of another school on our waiting list. If a replacement team can be identified, you will be eligible for a full refund.


Tournament Cancellation:

If our tournament is cancelled due to inclement weather, utility outages, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will not be able to offer refunds to teams who have paid. In the event of tournament cancellation, exams and keys will still be gathered and distributed to all paid teams.
