Registration
Once your ticket request has been made, an invoice with program information, will be sent to you.

Groups Size
Please make sure the number of chaperones is aligned with your school or organization policy.

SPECIAL NEEDS: We welcome all audiences, including those with special needs. Please be sure to mention special needs or disabilities when registering so that we can place them in a wheelchair-accessible area.

Payment Policy
Payment in full is due on Friday, November 1, 2019 & ASAP if booked after November 1.
Under no circumstances will a program be held without full payment in advance or a Purchase Order.
Payment may be made by check, credit card, or cash.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing by email to ariel@danzafiesta.org

There are no refunds for programs cancelled less than 2 weeks prior to the scheduled date of program.
Cancellations made 2 weeks in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made at least 30 days in advance will receive 100% refund.

Late Arrivals
Due to a very full schedule, programs will not be extended for late-arriving groups beyond the scheduled end time.

Weather Conditions
Programs are held rain or shine unless trips are cancelled by school officials or theater closure is in effect.

Dinning room facilities
Please note that Hostos does not have dining room facilities for visiting groups. Lunches will have to be served off site. Please let teachers, chaperones or person in charge know this.

Parking
If groups are coming by bus, please inform them that the Bus Drivers can unload the groups in front of 450 Grand Concourse but they will have to park at 144th street. There is no parking on the Grand Concourse.

For the 11:30 am performance, buses should arrive between 10:30 am - 11:00 am, buses should not arrive earlier than 10:30 am.
