Repairing and maintaining roads and streets (or key people that work with NCDOT)
Long-term comprehensive infrastructure planning

Attracting new business to create new diverse jobs(manufacturing, small independent businesses, cottage industries

Widening Roads to accommodate higher density traffic

Amortized between Developers, Home Builders (not the homeowners) on new subdivisions
I don't mind paying a little bit more for clean/safe water but 30% was extreme
