TDS Interview & Job Application form
This form is for those looking to apply to work at TDS, a digital marketing agency. No previous experience is needed for a job at Transparent Digital Services. The scope for a highly rewarding career with a wide range of opportunities for growth is one of the reasons why new positions at TDS see a large number of applicants when we post jobs across typical job sites.

At TDS we are looking for the best candidates that are interested in the ethos of our company, and those who are looking for long term growth in an environment where they can be highly compensated once a skill set is gained from the bottom to the top.

Campaign managers and Operations Specialists at TDS have competitive salaries based on the client base that they oversee, and each persons potential for earning is negotiated on the growing value they bring to the company as they master modern marketing skills and service clients on a 'managed revenue' model. While these positions are near limitless in potential, everybody at TDS starts as a trainee technician, with a base salary of £18k while they train for the first year including bonus payments based on performance up to £23k per year.

The first month at TDS is a cost-covering trial, where you can work with the team to see whether TDS is the right place for you, and for the team to decide whether you are a capable addition to the team. While being given high level training in modern marketing software, you'll be supported in learning key skills as part of planned study program. You will have a contribution to cover your costs of £1k for this first month as you decide whether or not TDS is the right environment for you.

The following is a carefully curated set of questions, take your time and answer them honestly. Do not assume that it's best to answer questions based on what you think an employer wants to hear, many questions below are to deduce which area of the company you may feel most comfortable in. We check these applications once a week on a Friday. Please do not contact any TDS staff to followup on your application.

Attention to detail is very important at TDS, so before starting these questions, send an email telling us your name, and your favourite colour to admin@transparentdigitalservices.com. This tells us that you're an applicant that has actually read this fully, and understands that processing information fully is important.
