9th - 12th Grade Course Requests
Complete this form in order to request courses for the 2021-2022 School Year. You can choose up to 8 credits a year.  A Semester course will count as 0.5 credit.  Example:  If you select 6 semester courses (.50 credit X 6 classes = 3 credits).
