(1) Our meetings provide a safe space for queer and LGBT+ people of any spiritual background or none at all. Anyone who identities as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, two spirit, queer, intersex, asexual, demisexual, pansexual, nonbinary, gender non-conforming, etc are welcome. We appreciate the support of straight cisgender allies, but this group is specifically reserved for members of the groups listed above.

(2) Everyone should feel comfortable sharing resources, texts, personal stories, ideas, or experiences. We should always strive to be welcoming to all queer/LGBT+ people. We all may make honest mistakes from time to time, but the nature of this group is to be as free as possible of all forms of exclusion, intolerance, gatekeeping, and bigotry, including homophobia, biphobia, transphobia, aphobia, gender essentialism, racism, xenophobia, white supremacy, misogyny, sexism, ableism, body shaming, classism, islamophobia, antisemitism, religious intolerance, bi exclusion, trans exclusion, ace exclusion, sex worker exclusion, colorism, tone policing, etc.
