Use this form to book places at Karibuni Holiday Club in Grove in the summer holidays in 2020.

We welcome children aged 3-11 from any local primary school or pre-school. A full day from 8.30am to 6pm costs £36. Mornings from 8.30am to 12.30pm cost £18. An earlier start may be possible from 8am for an extra £4 depending on staff availability.  We provide snacks morning and afternoon, but your child will need to bring a packed lunch.

We charge a £1.50 administration fee for any bookings made after the start of the summer holidays.

Bookings may be changed up until Friday 17 July, after which the booking must be paid for before the first session you book even if you change your mind.

If your child is not already registered with us, we will send you a registration form to be completed. We will not confirm a booking from you until we have received and reviewed a completed registration form to ensure we can meet your child's needs.

If siblings need the same sessions, you can put them all on this form. If they need different sessions, you need to complete the form for each child.

You can submit this form multiple times if you need to add dates in the future.
