If you have a specific preferred food plan (WW, Keto, Paleo, etc.) or have food dislikes, allergies, preferences (i.e. garlic, peanuts, dairy, etc.) you are empowered to bring your own substitutes. Refrigerator space will be available.
A copy of the menu will be provided pre-weekend to all participants.
I acknowledge the meals prepared may not be gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan or vegetarian. If I would like a different option, I will provide my own food.
