NYE ON THE HILL VOLUNTEER APPLICATION 2024

Thank you so much for applying for this years event!

NYE On The Hill 2024 will be held from Monday December 30th 2024 to Wednesday January 1st 2025, at The Farm in Krowera, Victoria. More information and answers to most questions about the event can be found HERE! 

We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to join our team at the festival to make sure we put on the best event that we can!

ABOUT THE VOLUNTEER PROGRAM:

EVENT DAY VOLUNTEERS

You will need to be available for two (2x) 5-hour shifts on two separate days during the event. 

In exchange for completing your shift, you will receive 1 x Festival Entry Ticket (18+)!

Please note that all volunteers will still need to purchase a car pass. All proceeds from car passes go towards our tree planting program and other environmental initiatives in the local area. You only need one car pass per vehicle!!!

Please fill out this short (promise!) application form below with your details and we will be in touch every Monday, starting from October 9th 2024, until all positions are filled.

Submissions close on December 28th 2024 @ 11:59pm AEST.

Late submissions will not be accepted.

Please note: While we can accept volunteers from the ages of 16+, due to the licensing of this event, anyone under the age of 18at the time of the event must be accompanied by a legal/parental guardian at all times. If you will be under the age of 18 by the time of the event, your legal/parental guardian can volunteer with you, and we will ensure you are rostered together :) For anyone under the age of 18 without a legal/parental guardian volunteering along with you, we will sadly be unable to offer you a position.
