This survey is being conducted by the Center for Social Innovation in advance of the March 31, 2021 Inland Empire Policy Summit. This policy summit will showcase the opportunities and initiatives on various issues led by governmental agencies, community partners, and researchers.

We are looking to collect as much information as possible about current and ongoing COLLECTIVE projects/initiatives in order to update the initiative map we developed with community partners in November 2019 (see https://socialinnovation.ucr.edu/inland-empire-initiative-map)

In addition to providing information about your particular initiatives, you will have the opportunity to highlight other partners and organizations doing innovative work in the region. We appreciate your input!
