Available booth spaces are 10×10’ with pricing based on location:
10x10 Elks Park (no electric) Prime: $650
10x10 Oak St. Park (no electric) Prime: $550
10x10 Oak St. North (no electric) NEW: $400
The Vendor Schedule will be as follows:
August 16th Wednesday from 2pm-5pm: Vendor check-in and load in
(Please: no morning check-in allowed due to no staff on site and Mushroom ID tent being loaded in and
assembled, all vendors MUST ARRIVE at the 2-5pm slot on Wednesday August 16 2023.)
August 17-20 Thursday-Saturday 8am-6pm Sales allowed
August 20 Sunday 8am-2pm Sales allowed
August 20 Sunday 2pm Sales stop, Town taxes collected. Please have ready 4.5% of Sales in check form
August 20 Sunday 2:30pm-4:30pm Breakdown and load out
ALL OUT and trash picked up by 5pm August 20th!
(Please: NO late load outs due to no staff on site after this time)
Important TMF 2023 Vendor Application Deadlines:
Applications must be submitted by April 1st, 2023
All interested vendors will be contacted by the end of May, 2023
Acceptance: All applications will be reviewed and approved or denied by the TMF Operations Team.
