2025 LPA Conference Volunteer Form

The LPA Conference is run primarily on the support of volunteers like you. We appreciate any commitment that you can make to volunteer your time while attending the National Conference. Please complete the contact information below, indicating whether you are over 18 years of age and the name of the LP that you are accompanying.

Volunteers must be at least 16 years of age. In addition, please indicate the size of the volunteer T-shirt that you would like to receive. You must contribute 6 hours of time to receive a T-shirt. Thank you for helping make the National Conference a success!

Please indicate if you need more than one size, due to multiple volunteers.

Remember, only six hours (and more!) of work gives you the most coveted t-shirt in the city! We're working hard on the most awesome design ever!
