Community Table at the LCFM
This form is for nonprofit organizations to table at the Lockport Community Farmers Market during its outdoor season. Please read this thoroughly before submitting an application.

The Lockport Community Farmers Market outdoor summer season if located at 69 Canal Street in Lockport. The dates of the market are listed below. Please select the top 3 dates you would like to table at the market. Once we have reviewed the application, we will send you an acceptance letter confirming your date at the market.

No tents, tables, or chairs will be provided by the Lockport Community Market. Vendors must bring whatever they need to conduct their business while fitting into their designated display space. Tent weights must properly be used. The requirements for tent weights are a minimum of 20 lbs weight per tent leg. If weights are not used, management holds the right to request removal of the tent from vendor space for the remainder of market day.

A Lockport Community Farmers Market Handbook will be sent along with your acceptance letter. This contains important information for all vendors at the market. Please review this handbook BEFORE your scheduled date at the market.

The community table is intended to be only used by non for profits promoting healthy lifestyles. We must stay nonpartisan as a community program and will not be able to accept applications for outreach for political parties or religious organizations. The sale of items at the community table is prohibited.

You will receive an acceptance letter indicating your confirmed date at the LCFM. If an availability opens on a date you have selected, we will reach out to fill the space.
