In consideration of receiving the IELTS Online Course created by “Kiss Life Academy Pte. Ltd.”, and getting all related course material, I hereby agree and acknowledge that the IELTS Online Course and the related course material will disclose to me proprietary information belonging to “Kiss Life Academy Pte. Ltd.”, said proprietary information consisting of, but not limited to technical and fundamental information related to trading Singapore regulations and laws. In consideration of receiving the proprietary information of the IELTS Online Course and related course material, I declare that:

1. I am purchasing the IELTS Online Course for my own personal benefit and no one else.

1. 购买 KISSIELTS 课程是为了自己使用, 而不是为了其他人。

2. I have not been asked by anyone else to purchase IELTS Online Course for their benefit.

2. 没有其他人让你购买。

3. I am not employed by a dealer, broker or a company operating IELTS related business.

3. 我不受雇于运营雅思课程的相关公司。

4. I will never use the information contained in the IELTS Online Course for the benefit of any employer, present or future.

4. 我不把利用购买的课程信息, 提供给我的雇主。

5. I will not disclose to others any content of the IELTS Online Course in any form without express written permission from IELTS Online Course - Kiss Life Academy Pte. Ltd.

5. 我在没有接受课程运营方 - Kiss Life Academy Pte. Ltd. 公司书面同意以前, 不会泄漏任何课程信息, 以任何形式。

6. I agree not to share my User ID and Password with any other person.

6. 我不会和其他人分享我的登陆名和密码。

7. I will not train others with the knowledge contained in the IELTS Online Course and the related course material, nor am I affiliated, either directly or indirectly, with any organization involved in trader training or teaching.

7. 我不会使用课程的知识, 培训任何人。

8. I understand that should I intentionally or unintentionally allow others access to the content of the online information related to the IELTS Online Course and related course material or share training content or teach others without being authorized by “Kiss Life Academy Pte. Ltd.” in writing to do so.

8. 无论是有意或者无意, 我不会让任何人获得在 IELTS Online Course 课程的内容。

9. Once payment has been made, I will agree with the section "How to Guarantee" mentioned in the "Course Introduction".

9. 一旦付款, 证明我同意了 "课程介绍" 里面所提到的 “如何保分” 部分。

10. In the event of a breach of any of these conditions, I agree that “Kiss Life Academy Pte. Ltd.” may notify any third party of the existence of this Non-Disclosure Agreement.
And will follow Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS) copyright regulations on https://www.ipos.gov.sg/understanding-innovation-ip/copyright and https://www.ipos.gov.sg/understanding-innovation-ip/copyright/criminal-offences to defence infringement.
Step 1: contact the infringer and require to cease the infringement action
Step 2: if the infringer does not take action, a legal action will be taken by a lawyer according to the Copyright Law under Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS).

Criminal liability for wilful infringement:
(a) Manufacture for sale; Sale of infringing copies; Possession or importation of infringing copies for commercial purposes
      (i) A fine not exceeding up to a total of $100,000 per charge; and/or
      (ii) $10,000 per infringing copy,
      (iii) imprisonment up to five years
(b) Distribution of infringing copies for commercial purposes
      (i) A fine not exceeding $50,000; and/or
      (ii) imprisonment up to three years
(c) Making or in possession of an article specifically designed for making infringing copies (e.g. machinery for manufacturing infringing copies)
      (i) A fine not exceeding $20,000 per article; and/or
      (ii) imprisonment up to two years.

Criminal liability for wilful infringement:
(a) 1st offence
      (i) A fine not exceeding $20,000; and/or
      (ii) imprisonment up to six months
(b) 2nd or subsequent offence
      (i) A fine not exceeding $50,000; and/or
      (ii) imprisonment up to three years

10. 如何我没有遵守以上1-9条内容, 我同意 Kiss Life Academy Pte. Ltd. 公司会告知第三方保密协议的存在。
并且授权律师, 根据 Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS) 版权法律条款, 进行以下维权行为
第1步: 告知侵权方, 在7天内, 停止侵权行为。
第2步: 如果侵权方, 没有终止侵权行为, 根据 Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS) 的版权法律条款起诉侵权方。
 
故意侵权的刑事责任:
(a) 待售产品; 出售侵权副本; 管有或进口侵权复制品以作商业用途
      (i) 每次罚款最高不超过 $100,000; 和/或
      (ii) 每件侵权副本 $10,000，
      (iii) 监禁不超过五年
(b) 出于商业目的分发侵权副本
      (i) 罚款不超过 $50,000; 和/或
      (ii) 监禁不超过三年
(c) 制作或拥有专为制作侵权复制品而设计的物品 (例如, 制造侵权复制品的机器)
      (i) 每条罚款不超过 $20,000; 和/或
      (ii) 监禁不超过两年。

故意侵权的刑事责任：
(a) 初犯
      (i) 罚款不超过 $20,000; 和/或
      (ii) 监禁不超过六个月
(b) 第二次或以后的罪行
      (i) 罚款不超过 $50,000; 和/或
      (ii) 监禁不超过三年
