Parents who are interested to teacher instructed online learning for Grades 1-9. Please complete this form and  you must submit by May. 14, 2021.

Please note that completion of this form is to help us respond to requests and does not mean your child is registered. Formal registration information will be sent once we confirm the program will go ahead. We will be contacting parents the week of May 31, 2021. if the program goes ahead we will require you to complete a Powerschool enrollment with Palliser first enrollment is confirmed.
