TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT
 Welcome to Sustain SU’s Reusable Dish Program

Thanks for your interest in our service. This service is provided by Sustain SU, a sustainability engagement unit of the University of Alberta Students’ Union. We are a not-for profit, volunteer operated service. We are located at 8900 - 114 Street Edmonton Alberta, Canada, T6G 2J7.
                             
By using our Services, you are agreeing to these terms.  Please read them carefully.              

BOOKINGS AND CONFIRMATIONS
                                                   
All orders under 100 items must be requested at least 1 week in advance. Orders over 100 items must be requested at least 2 weeks in advance.
Clients should expect an email response confirming or denying the order within five business days after booking.

COSTS AND FEES
The availability of the Reusable Dish Program relies on our orders being returned complete, rinsed, and on time.
                                                 
The Reusable Dish Program is free to all internal organizations, or for all University-related use. Here are cases when charges would apply:

LARGE ORDERS…..………………………………………………………...…...$20 deposit for every 100 items
MISSING DISHES ………………………………………………………………..$5 per dish missing
DIRTY DISH RETURNS………………………………………................. $5 for every 100 items in your order
LATE RETURNS………………………………………………………………..... $5 for every day late
EXTERNAL ORGANIZATION…………………………….............…...$20 for every 100 items in your order

All clients agree to the pick-up/return times and item amounts outlined in the confirmation email. All potential fees are relative to the item amounts, pick-up and drop-off times associated with this confirmation email.

The Reusable Dish Program retains the right to deny services to clients for any of the following reasons: not paying the service for lost or missing dish items, forfeited cheques, disrespectful behavior, or compromising the Students’ Union space inclusivity and safety.

The costs and fees associated with the program are to ensure that the program can maintain a level of financial stability, to maintain and grow its reusable item fleet.



PICK-UPS AND RETURNS
                                       
Pick-Ups:

Arrive at the Student Life Central InfoLink SUB 0-81 in the lower level. Tell the service agent that you are there to pick up your dish order. They will provide you with a key to the room where the dish orders are stored.

Dish Returns:

Arrive at the Student Life Central InfoLink SUB 0-81 in the lower level. Tell the service agent that you are there to return your dishes. They will provide you with a key to the room where you can drop off your dishes.
