Thank you for taking the time to visit The Storybook School. Please plan to spend about 30 minutes to complete our application. There is a non-refundable, one-time application fee of $50 to apply for initial enrollment. Please make checks payable to The Storybook School and write your child's name on the check. Checks may be mailed to 2149 Taraval Street. SF CA 94116 or dropped off in the mail slot at the main entrance on Taraval Street. We recommend checks be submitted within a week of submitting the application. Applications are reviewed around Feb/March each year and will follow up with families accordingly.

If you have more than one child, each will need to have their own separate application. The 2nd application fee will be waived.
