BSBC Coronavirus Survey
As we explore options for returning to physical church gatherings after lockdown is eased, it would be helpful to have some feedback on how people feel about some of the changes that have happened over the past few months.

If you have a spouse/partner, please fill this in separately for each of you.

Easing Lockdown
As lockdown eases and the government releases new guidelines, some new activities are becoming possible. However it's likely that there will be, for some time to come, significant restrictions on what we can and cannot do. For example, it may be that we are allowed to gather together in larger groups but only outdoors, or that we are not allowed to sing or serve refreshments. We should stress that we will only allow activities that conform with the guidelines at the time.

We are also committed to maintaining some form of online worship/teaching for those unable to attend physical gatherings.
As you think about your own experience, and that of your friends and family, what are some of the enduring pastoral needs caused by this pandemic – economic, emotional, spiritual, medical – that the church might need to be ready to respond to? *
