The MCA is the Minnesota Comprehensive Assessment, and students in grades 6-8, 10, and 11 typically take it. Multilingual students in any grade who are or may be identified as English learners take the ACCESS.

The "other" option can be used if, for example, you would like your child to take the ACCESS test, but not the MCA, or to otherwise add nuance to your response.
