NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 2023 Annual Meeting of the members of Riveredge Nature Center, Inc., a Wisconsin corporation, will be held at Riveredge Nature Center, 4458 County Hwy Y, Saukville, Wisconsin, at 5:00 pm on Tuesday, June 27, 2023. The business to be transacted at the Annual Meeting includes receipt of reports of the President, the Executive Director, the Treasurer, and election of board officers for the coming year.  

The nominees for re-election to the Board for another three-year term are: Liz Stueck-Mullane, Todd Bugnacki, Michael Faley, Thomas Jansen, Elizabeth Larsen, Dawn Wagner, and Rebecca Jewell. Additionally, the following have been nominated to serve as officers of the Board: Michael Faley as President, Elizabeth Larsen as Vice President,  and Kim Pemble as Treasurer.

All members are enthusiastically invited to attend.  If you are unable to be present, kindly execute and return the proxy below.
