From Theresa Wills…..
Teachers are at the heart of learning.
Teachers are important. It is through excellent pedagogy that children learn. When teaching using a synchronous online platform, it is vital that teachers continue all the great activities and routines that students do in a face-to-face classroom. My vision is to take what teachers are already doing and transfer it to online classes without compromising great pedagogy.
I aim to take those face-to-face practices and tweak them to work online. Further, I challenge myself to take these practices and redefine the way that student interact making online classes better than face-to-face.
