SHS Night School Credit Recovery Program Application for S.Y. 2021-2022
Instruction: Answer the following questions as honestly as possible. Note that we only have 20 slots for this year's Night School and your answers to the questions will help us decide whether you best fit to this program.

For S.Y. 2021-2022, all Night School students are required to attend in-person from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Mondays through Thursdays. A student who is enrolled in Night School only will be required to complete at least one class every two weeks. Also, students in night school only will be required to take and pass the SAT/ACCUPLACER OMI class in order to be prepared for the state examinations.
