As our International Growth Manager, you'll be working with ChessKid's international affiliates. It means you'll help non US countries become better at growing the ChessKid brand. This is a role that demands the ability to organize details, yet see the big picture.

You will be responsible for tracking and streamlining operational milestones like translations, dubbing and pricing. You will work with affiliates to ensure that they meet deadlines and do their jobs with quality. You will also be their liaison after translation to ensure that they are actively growing in their country or region. You'll be assisting them with site training, country-wide tournaments, referral codes, promotions, payments, creating pricing plans in a country's native currency and any other needs that have to help ChessKid grow internationally.

QUALIFICATIONS

*Highly organized. You are good at creating aggressive timelines and sticking to them.
*You have a working knowledge of international geography
*You are a strong communicator and enjoy human to human interaction
*You are a self-starter who takes initiative
*You have a passion for sales and marketing
*You enjoy forming strategic partnerships and lasting relationships
*You love chess and have some knowledge of the chess community
*Speaking another language besides English is a bonus but not required
*A degree in a related field is preferred
