CFSC HOME MEMBER Ice Block Package (1/3-3/31/2024) Order Form

This form is for the Cortland Figure Skating Club (CFSC) HOME members to order the ice package for the block from 1/3/2024 to 3/31/2024. You are required to submit this order form three business days before your first skating session. If you are planning on skating on 1/3/2024, please submit this form by 12/30/2023 to ensure your Ice Block Package Pass to be ready for you to use.

The club offers the following weekly skating sessions,

except 1/15/2024 (Monday), 2/4/2024(Sunday) and 3/10/2024 (Sunday)

Sunday: 1:30pm – 3:30pm

Monday: 5:30pm – 7:30pm

Wednesday: 6:45pm – 8:45pm

The club offers two ice package levels. You need to order a minimum of 8 sessions to be eligible to purchase a package:

Package A (22 or more sessions) @ $20 per session

Package B (8 - 21 sessions) @ $25 per session
