Please sign up to volunteer at RAC Saddle Club. We cannot run our events without the continued support of our volunteers, old and new!!
We are looking for:
Stewards - parking, dressage and gate - its just helping park the lorries in the field, making sure the riders get into the arenas in order and on time and opening and shutting gates.
- Arena Party - picking up knocked down poles in the show jumping arena.
- Scoring - good with numbers, computers and concentration.
- Runners - moving scores sheets from one area to another.
- Fence Judges - this is a full day role out on the XC course done in pairs, where you watch riders go over a jump and score them whether they go over it or not. It is good, fun and interesting job watching fantastic riders. Use of walkie talkies and stop watches.
We are always looking for new members to join the volunteering family. Don't worry if you haven't done it before as full training will be given and don't worry if you are on your own we can pair you up with someone. We are all very welcoming and friendly.
