Here are the rating requirements:

0: no experience
1: know about it, haven't used it
2: built a small part of a product/app with it
3. built a major part of a product/app with it
4. built at least 2 or more stable and released products/apps
5. comfortable in giving a presentation

If you are a good match, you will be invited to complete an online aptitude test. If you pass the test, you will be issued a test case challenge. You will then have a phone call with the Founder, followed by an on-site meeting with the team.
