Please come to the Junior School on Friday 8th March and help your child make a special card for Mother’s Day. While you are at school you can have a look at the class room and visit the PTA’s Pop Up Café and Gift Collection Point.

Dear Parent/Carer,

The aim of this event is for a family member or a family friend, to have the chance to be involved in the learning of the children and see our school at work. While at school you will help the children make a card for Mothers’ Day which is on Sunday 10th March. The Junior School's session will take place between 9:30am and 11:30am.

Please complete the slip below, by Monday Friday 1st March, to let us know if you are able to attend or not so that we can ensure that all of the children complete their card making activity with any support they may need. If you have more than one child at the Junior School, you will be able to go between classes and help all of your children.

During the Family Day event the PTA Cafe will be open in the school hall from 9:30am to 11:30am. There will also be the chance for children to collect pre-ordered Mothers’ Day gifts.

If children leave the classroom to visit the PTA Café, with a parent or close relative, the children must be supervised by that adult at all times. The supervising adult should return the children directly to the classroom after visiting the PTA café.

In order to keep your children safe, we will keep all gates locked except for the main entrance gate at Parsonage Road. Please enter the school at this entrance and sign in at the school office. Local residents and the school request that you refrain from parking in Parsonage Road.
