Thank you for your interest in being a guest for our shows at Ready2Adult PH! This casting form is for one of our new shows where we discuss topics about adulthood. For this episode, we are looking for people who are willing to share their dating preferences and experiences publicly online and with other participants.

If selected, you will be required to share your experiences and advice related to the episode topic along with other guests in a video which will be recorded, edited, and posted online.
