To help us plan the appropriate size community solar system, we need to have a good idea of what our typical subscribers use now. Please review your last CMP bill. On the first page there is a chart called "Your Monthly Usage Summary." Under the bar chart, add the numbers for 12 months and put this number below. A typical Maine household uses about 6,500 KWHrs (kilowatt hours) per year. Your usage may vary from half this to triple this or more. If you don't have a full year of history, find the average of what you have and multiply by 12.
