Come & Play (May)
Please complete this form if you would like to reserve a spot for your child to come and play between May 28 and May 31. We have special activities planned each day to make this week extra fun.
  • Please complete a new form for each child.
  • Spaces are first come, first serve and the fee is $55/day for care from 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
  • Registration is limited to current IVP students only. 
  • Payment will be due on May 23. Any outstanding balance on May 23 will result in forfeiture of your spot and it will go to the next person on our waiting list. Once payment is made, it is non-refundable.
  • You will receive an email confirming your child's reservation(s) or an email stating you are on the wait list.
