The concept of resilience is to keep our stress at a level that allows for optimal performance.

Employers and graduate programs are looking for people who have been trained in resilience and have the skills to bounce back or bounce forward after difficult times. More than 90% of human resource directors believe employees’ ability to cope with change and uncertainty will determine their likelihood of being hired in the next five year’s.

Upon completion when you are asked in an interview "anything else?" you can respond "yes, I have been trained in resilience".
