Creative Arts for Healing: From The Nile to The Cauvery
This online course provides a training on using different art modalities inspired by the legacy of both Egyptian and Indian civilizations. This course comes as a fruit of active collaboration between two institutes affiliated to the International Association for Group Psychotherapy and Group Processes: The ًRakhawy Institute for Training and Research and the Indian Institute of Psychodrama.
The course will include both didactic and experiential parts. It will be presented by a group of international leaders and experts in group psychothefapy and creative arts therapy, and facilitated by two leaders in the field: Mona Rakhawy (Egypt) and Magdalene Jeyarathnam (India).
Mental health professionals and art therapists are welcomed to attend. Participants will receive a certificate of attendance recognised by the IAGP, RITR and IIP.
All participation fees will be donated for the sponsorship of students and young professionals in the 21st IAGP Congress, titled “Groups for the World, Inspiration, Strength and Transformation.”(www.iagp2022.com)
