2022 Hero for Life Nomination Form
Me Fine's mission is to provide hope through emotional support and financial assistance to families whose children are receiving care at North Carolina partner hospitals UNC, Duke, and WakeMed.

The Hero for Life award recognizes those who go above and beyond to help children in critical medical situations and their families, in ways that align with Me Fine’s mission. The winner will be celebrated at Me Fine's 2022 Gala on October 21.
