APPLICATIONS

Please note that there is no close date on applications; however, space is extremely limited and once a local charitable organization has applied, been accepted, and confirmed their space, applications will close. If your application is accepted, you will receive an email inviting your charitable organization to display info at the entrance of our market.

Market donations: We will happily donate £50 towards your charitable organization. You may also choose to accept donations and hold a raffle (see below) to raise additional funds.

Entrance Set up: We will have a table set up for your charity. You may put flyers or anything else related to your charitable organization on this table.

(If you are sending a volunteer for the charity raffle donation) You may arrive as early as 9 am. We anticipate a very busy market, so please be ready for the market to open at 10 am and please do not pack up early. We want everyone to have the chance to support you for the entirety of the market open hours. I would recommend arriving no later than 9:30 am so that you can set up, meet some of the makers, familiarize yourself with the market, and begin accepting donations.

If your charitable organization is interested in selling good at our markets, free stall spaces are available. If you intend to sell items, please complete one of the following applications instead of this one:

1. Drop off flyers and other info about your charity to help spread the word (no volunteer needed, you can just drop off your organization’s marketing materials on market day).

2. Accept donations at our market. Previous charities have accepted items such as non-perishable food, clothing, nappies, etc. (no volunteer needed, we ask that you pick up donations between 2-4pm on market day).

3. Accept monetary donations (1 volunteer needed on market day from 9:30am-3pm)

4. Hold a raffle on market day. We would be delighted to donate an additional £20 gift certificate for a raffle. 100% of the proceeds will be donated to your charitable organization. (1 volunteer needed on market day from 9:30-3pm)
