We also need YOUR HELP to crowdsource contact information for Children’s hospitals as well as regular hospitals across the country.  Please help us by filling out this form and add contact information for the hospital’s CEO, CMO and trustees so that we can all use a list to advocate for masks in healthcare settings. Please create a new entry for each contact person, even if they are at the same facility.
