This pivotal role requires a passion for Harley Davidson motorcycles, as well as technical expertise to provide support to our team and online customers. Responsibilities:
-Provide technical support for the identification of specific Harley Davidson parts and accessories references
-Assist in researching and identifying reference compatibilities.
-Participate in updating product sheets on the e-commerce platform to ensure the accuracy of technical information.
-Assist customers and the sales team via email by answering technical questions and offering tailored product recommendations.
Qualifications:
-Deep experience and knowledge of Harley Davidson motorcycles, including parts and accessories.
-Good communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts simply.
-Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
-Proficiency in basic computer tools.
-Fluent in English.
