D.E.L.T.A. STEAM ACADEMY SPRING 2024 ENROLLMENT FORM
ENROLLMENT FORM INSTRUCTIONS: SEPARATE APPLICATIONS ARE REQUIRED FOR EACH CHILD.

YOUR STUDENT MUST RESIDE IN OUR ATTENDANCE ZONE:  Douglas County, South Fulton County (all high school clusters – Westlake, Tri-Cities, Langston Hughes, Banneker, and Creekside), South Cobb County (Pebblebrook, South Cobb and McEachern Clusters), Paulding County and Carroll County attendance zones.

D.E.L.T.A. STEAM Academy has openings for grades K - 6 for the Spring of 2024. If your student is currently enrolled in K - 5th grade, he/she will be eligible to transfer into DSA in Spring 2024 as we have seats available. Seat acceptances are sent in the order applications are received. The start date will be January 3, 2024.

I am completing this form as a formal application for my child(ren) to attend D.E.L.T.A. STEAM Academy, a tuition-free, public charter school in Lithia Springs, Georgia.
