If there is something you feel your counselor needs to know when determining your course requests for next school year, please write it below.
Your answer
Submitting Your Course Requests
Once you submit this form, your counselor will look over your choices along with your transcript to determine your courses for next year. For instance, if you chose English IV as one of your courses but have not taken English III, your counselor will schedule you into English III instead. Otherwise, she will enter your course requests as you chose them.
Notice that Dual Enrollment programs held on Nunez's campus were not listed on this form. Please complete the Dual Enrollment application on our website. Our DE Coordinator will determine whether you meet the eligibility requirements, and whether you have room in your schedule for these courses, and then schedule you accordingly.
A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
